WHAT WE DO
Regarding pre-owned boats, our job consists in assisting the buyer and the seller in order to achieve the common objective of a correct sale / purchase.
The steps of the sale are:
- gathering of information on the vessel, photographic material and first inspection (compatibly with distance). During this step we advise the seller on the price at which the boat can be sold, depending on the condition of the boat and on the market situation
- communication to the buyer of the first information and organization of a visit
- negotiation to find the agreement on the price and drafting of the Purchase Proposal
- organization of the Sea Trial, which always involves the coordination of the various subjects and conditions (shipyard, surveyor, mechanics, buyer and seller availability, weather conditions, etc.)
- the final act is the drafting of the Bill of Sale and/or follow the practice of changing the flag for boats that are sold on the foreign market or are imported
- if necessary we are also available to take care of the organization of land transport, sea transfer, insurance coverage.
For new boats the steps are different:
- proposal of the boat to the client and visit with possible sea trial during a Boat Show or in the Shipyard
- drafting of the Purchase Contract
- assistance during the choice of details of the boat, such as interiors, fabrics, engines, electronics, etc.
- periodic visits to the Shipyard during construction to verify compliance with timing and requests of the client
- boat delivery, complete check and sale documents
- after-sales assistance during the first years of use to face and solve all the problems and warranty interventions.
For the Charter, the first phase includes:
- the visit of the boat to verify the adequacy, conditions and professionalism of the crew
- then, with the customer, the contract is drawn up, the boat is handed over to boarding, the galley is provided if required, and all the problems that arise are solved at the best.
